hl2 pwns any other games including doom3 and far cry interms of graphics wow I am bumping an old thread problems is it sin't cross platform so no hl2 for mac guys

when you say crashes your computer do mean that you get BSOD or that your screen goes black have you tried updating your video card drivers ? also did you turn motion blur off? My raedeon 9600 pro 256 gets wierd for a secound when motion blur happens and the screen gets all fuxored. give that a try.
