I am of course, though I hope it doesn't go the route of twilight princess and be way too easy and add some lame little feature like changing into a dog, seriously, that pissed me off. and I also hope it has some of the original overworld music.

I heard it's nothing like Twilight and that it'll have 1:1 sword control. =]

I forgot to add that I also hope they'll let you use a gamecube controller, cause really I get tired of the wiimote and all the "nifty" little things you have to do in games these days, one of the main reasons I'm looking forward to goldeneye is that it lets you use the gamecube controller.

Wait, you don't like weilding a sword?

And from what I've heard, it's going to be much harder then previous Zelda games.

I like wielding a sword, I just don't like wielding a plastic controller and having to pretend it's a sword.

For me, Zelda in 3D has never been good.

They'll probably make you buy that silly Wii classic controller thing.

OH GOD! Ocarina hater.

I doubt this will be good, primarily because it's a wii game. I got my wii two years ago hoping that it would live up to sword-play potential, and so far, it has UTTERLY failed on every count. The only two games I occasionally play on my wii I play with the gamecube controller. Eh, maybe this one will be good. Time will tell.

I don't have the supported console, so it's "Meh".
However, if a friends of mine buys it (alternatively, pirately downloads it), then it might go all the way up to a "Great".

So we'll see how things turn out on my end.

Ocarina hater? What're you on about, spastic? I love ocarinas. Great instrument. My dad taught me how to play, I'm a pro. Link To The Past ftw.

If this game is as good as Majora's Mask or Wind Waker, I will be a happy boy. I doubt it will be as good as Ocarina though.

Yeah, Link to the Past ftw, but I think Renegayed might've been referencing to LoZ Ocarina of Time?
The one that some (incredibly biased) people still think is the best game of all time, even after twenty years? (Still good, though)
Something tells me you couldn't have possibly missed that, but I can't find any indication of recognition in your post.

I didn't like Majora's Mask much... it got too much of a clusterfuck to keep of with it all. And Wind Waker was okay, but Toon Link will never be part of the series for me. It just didn't feel like a Zelda game anymore ;_;

On a side note, I do have an ocarina, though I can't really play anything on it since I can never bring myself to practise frequently enough.
Much a pity.

Majora's Mask was terrible. Overworld travel in Wind Waker was way too fucking slow and the stupid Triforce-pieces quest in particular rubbed that in the player's face, but aside from that infuriating aspect it was pretty fun.
