Commands list
Hey guys.
I was browsing the overgrowth wiki for commands like spawning weapons and enemies but I couldn't find them. Could you tell me where I can get a command list or....just how to spawn stuff?
I was thinking it may have something to do with the map editor, but I'm not sure so I haven't tried it yet
Edit: I managed to open the map editor somehow but I can't pause the AI and I can't go back to play

Click Esc. to bring up the editor - see that toolbar on the left? Those are, for the most part, all the buttons you'll need - hover over the icon long enough and you'll see a tooltip telling you its function - they are, in order, the omnitool, the object spawn menu, the translate tool, the scale tool, the rotate tool, and the paintbrush - just click on the 'Load Object' button and a window should open with all the available objects/NPC's/weapons/decals you can spawn - just click on the item you'd like and then click anywhere on the ground to place it - then fool around with the scale/rotate/translate tools to see what they do - left and right clicks generally have different effects, so try them both.
To turn off combat AI, press C - to restart the level press L - to bring everyone back to life, press X - to turn on slow-motion, press Tab. To get back in to the game from the editor click on the 'Rabbot' button at the very top left corner of the screen.

Re: Commands list
And 8 is also a hotkey to get back into the game, (same function as Rabbot button)

Re: Commands list
On the topic of the editor, how can i make those pathways for the AI to follow? Those blue and white lines with the spheres that appear with AI on the premade maps. I can't seem to figure it out. I've made a nav mesh so they can move on my (somewhat) custom maps, but that's as far as I've gotten with moving them around.
Much appreciation.

Ctrl + left-click creates a waypoint - to link a character to a waypoint, click on their spawn box, hold Alt, and double-click on the waypoint you created - same thing goes for linking waypoints to each other.TheDudeFromCali wrote:On the topic of the editor, how can i make those pathways for the AI to follow?
