Yes, you will have the game when it is fully published.

Yeah you don't pay for the alpha, you pay for the game and happen to get the alpha as a bonus.

I find it ironic when seeing people unsure of whether or not to by the alpha
Then by the time that I see the comment, there is a preorder tag next to the name
