A bug or a feature?
I finally managed to finish Challenge 13. BUT it was a bit difficult. I managed to kill all the bunnies (3 of them) and two of the wolves (out of 3), but the last wolf was damn difficult. I hit it _4_ times with a bunnykick, BUT it still didn't die. Had to sweep-kick'imwhilehisdown him like 6 times until he died
Anyway, is one of the wolves somehow special? Does he get more HP because everyone else was dead? Or does repeating a certain move make it less effective (at least you get less points)? Or was it just some weird bug?

"Bunnnykick"?
It doesn't sound like a bug, since it died at last.
Im no programmer, but I don't think there would be much chance that a bug
just increased it's thoughness a bit. If it were unkillable, that would sound
more like a bug to me (and that would be because it by somehow got no
HP at all. Or something like that.).
Hows that? Am I L337z0r?

Hmm, at least I thought it was called a "bunnykick"
Anyway, it's the run-forward-jump leap-kick thingy.
Usually (if it's the first 2 kicks) it takes just 2 kicks to kill a wolf. It took _4_ and STILL it wasn't easily killable.
Oh, and do wolves stop responding to jumping & flipping (the freezing for a moment) if they're low on hp? I think that happened to me in #14
Edit: *ahem*, yes, #14 ^__^

Iirc? *looks up on http://chat.reichards.net/* ??? *googles*
Oho.
Yes, you recall correctly. It reduces points, but AFKIAKFIAK not power.
That would be stupid
Edit: Gah, stupid respondswhileresponding. Can't you install one of those
things that tells you that someone has posted while you were typing plugins?
Anyway, I think you mean the legcannon when you say bunnykick.
Where did you get a 15th challenge from? There's only 14

Hmm. Weird. The wolf is just like all the others? Very weird. Maybe I hit it badly, or the blow was softened by the sand... or something.
Anyway, just finished #14, and after killing the first two wolves I thought I'd die, but I hit the last wolf with a lucky kick which sent it to a tree, instantly killing it. So the kicks power is largely dependant on what the wolf hits when it flies?
Edit: Yes, I mean the "leg cannon" thingy. Dunno where I got the other name for it oO

His "Bunnykick" name was a confusion of the name "Rabbit Kick" that is presented in the tutorial.Fama wrote:Hmm. Weird. The wolf is just like all the others? Very weird. Maybe I hit it badly, or the blow was softened by the sand... or something.

The tutorial calls the move "Rabbit Kick" however, "Leg Cannon" appears on the screen when it is implemented correctly and sends an enemy hurtling through the air preferably towards a jagged rock wall, or maybe even another enemy!
Surface always matters. If you punch somebody into the snow it does far less than if you punch them into the rocks. Same goes with all attacks.Fama wrote: So the kicks power is largely dependant on what the wolf hits when it flies?
I think we all do. My favorite was in Silb's new campaign, the level with two wolves and a bunny, you start with a sword, I leg cannonned the rabbit into both wolves, killing the wolves instantly and making the rabbit drop his sword. I slashed him immdeatiley when he ran towards me.Crill3 wrote:Just one?
4 or 5 in a chain reaction suits me better, but that's maybe just my taste Razz
I love legcannon.
Yes, I did hit him properly, he went flying like 10 meters or so. Probably he didn't die because he was thrown to sand, which didn't do much damage. I was just surprised it took 4 of those kicks (I'm not sure I got the leg cannon bonus, but I'm sure the kick went like it should) and kicking him while he was down.
Oh, and yes, rabbit kick it is
Thanks for the answers.
