He has to do that if your score for a level is too low.

Edit: there should be a thumbnail for a picture but it is sometimes not showing up.

lol. I've gotten Turner to stab himself in the eye before, but never got the shot. Anyways, welcome to the forums!

T is often careless with his sharp weapons.

Try using the Hotlink for forums link instead.

FY, I'm glad to see someone else is thinking outside the box (or the tutorial). Have you tried to see how far from the wall you can get before you get sucked back? it's also fun to Cannon Leg the ghostly foe through the gate and see what happens.

There are so many amazing places in Lugaru that (apparently) no one else even tries to visit. Keep up the exploring, and don't forget to keep taking those screenshots to pass around.

I'm planning on starting a few new topics on exploration, including one I've already promised on spelunking. Watch this space.

PS: Also, you should try saving your screens as smaller JPEGs rather than huge PNGs, and use the Hotlink for forums rather than the thumbnail. I love to look at other people's screens, and I wanna see the pix in your post, not have to wait for a link to open a 1488kb file. The file for the picture of T grabbing the wrong part of the sword is only 20kb. (Yes, I am awfully impatient!)

It's fun to jump out of the tutorial area and press v, turn on the map editor, hold space and w and watch turner go lightspeed! :D

oh just thought of something. use the console to save a copy of the tutorial map. example: save eviltutorial :D

Anyways, is there a hot spot that teleports you back to the center of the training area? If one could view what the details for the hot spots were, one could make better maps. Such as teleporting to the other side after killing the people on one side. Then one could update the wiki with this information and some map makers wanting to know how to use a hot spot can be enlightened.

And then someone else can possibly expand on that...

That would be really great. Unfortunately that teleport is not a hotspot, and ceases to work as soon as you disable tutorial mode (type 'tutorial').

On that note, you can't create teleports using hotspot-triggered 0-panel dialogues either, because dialogues need at least one panel to have their 'teleport' property.

couldn't you just have a panel that was a sound effect, like "neewowowow" or "kapow!"?

Turner really needs to be more careful with his sharp toys.
