For everyone who wants to try out mapedit.exe and mapfix.exe on Windows, I compiled them with MinGW for win32 on the x86 architecture. Have fun.

Well, if you're going to use the map editor for a campaign-
There's a bug in that prevents you from editing some dialogues with too many rabbits partaking. Here's an updated version. Sorry, rudel, could you compile that again?
@ablationer: the map is supposed to be in the same folder as MapEdit.

!
ablationer, try renaming "MapEdit.exe" to "Map.exe" and tell me if you still have that trouble.
If it works, you can also rename "MapFix.exe" to "MF.exe".
(If you're curious about why, to get the folder path I bet I just substracted 7 characters to the launch path of MapEdit, so "/folder/whatever/MapEdit" becomes "/folder/whatever/". That's dirty but I wrote the program fast.)

You'll need someone Windows-savvy from this point on.

MapFix
Very simple to use. Useful in these two cases, and only them:
1) You edited a map in the Lugaru map editor, and every time you tried to load it afterwards, the game just froze. If you have a recent working backup (you should), MapFix can fix this.
2) You edited a map in the Lugaru map editor, and every time you tried to load it afterwards, the map was ok, but the dialogues weren't triggered anymore. If you have a recent backup, MapFix can also fix this.
