Bridge, lamp, sign and house are done. The other models have been discarded; reasons for this are in the first post.
I will model weapons for this pack as well.
Once that is done (weapons are rather hard because UV mapping is a tough job), I will upload everything, post instructions et cetera.
I've added a poll to this topic, please take part

It's done!
The first group of models is available at http://lugaruspace.50megs.com/modelpacks/
It's divided into infrastructure and weaponry.
Filenames:
ModelPack.Infrastructure.01.zip and
ModelPack.Weaponry.01.zip
The respective .blend files can be found in the blends/ folder at the above URL.
All models are specifically structured into folders.
There are instructions included in each zip in a file called README.txt.
This is its layout:
Here are images of the models:
The bridge - the bigger the better!
The house - modular and collision-friendly (to a certain extent)!
The lamp - well-suited for fires!
The sign - tell 'em where they're supposed to go!
The sword - your hand is well-protected!
The ninja star - very gory when thrown!
The staff - words cannot describe it!
As you probably have already read above, there's a map included called demo.
In that map, all models are put to good use. Worth a try
Here's an overview pic:
Feedback is very welcome! Don't hold back.
Obviously, these models do not go well with maps that aren't built with them in mind.

And don't post in year old threads unless you have something relevant to add to it.
Re: Models and model collections
Blender's awesome. You can even make games inside it.
Re: Models and model collections
But those games are severely limited.

Re: Models and model collections
You can realize any game you want in Blender. The limitations lie mostly in script performance. The question is how creative you are as a creator - how smart you are in designing your game to leverage what the suite does right.
I'd always recommend a more dedicated tool for game making though if you're into suites that do part of the job for you; something like http://www.yoyogames.com/gamemaker (free), http://unity3d.com/ (free for noncommercial use) or http://www.udk.com/ (also free for noncommercial use).

Thansk for the links. I checked out Unity, I *kind of* made a race course with it. (lol).
